Yes! Both Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing are welcoming to all levels and bodies. Modifications and guidance are always provided.

Hatha Yoga: Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, optional blocks, strap, or blanket. Sound Healing: A comfortable place to lie down, blanket, and headphones (recommended for best experience).
