A Studio in Islamorada for Practice, Rest, and Community.
Come practice with us. Classes at Golden are all-levels and unhurried, at our studio on Morada Way. You do not need experience. You do not need to have it figured out.
In town this week? A single class is enough. Reserve a spot. We will meet you there.
Want the hour built around you? Private yoga, crystal sound bowls, and Reiki — at the studio, or at your rental, hotel, or home in the upper Keys.
Tell us the day you have and what you want. We write back with a time.
Sometimes the room holds something larger than a weekly class — a workshop, a sound bath, a gathering that wants more time.
If one of them calls to you, come. If you want to host, ask.
